Navigation bar
Upon entering the symplr Payer workspace, you will see a toolbar running across the top of the page. This Navigation bar contains links to the home page, the about page, and the providers, process, and admin menus which provide links to additional pages within the application. There are also links that allow you to manage your symplr Payer account, change your password, and access additional user settings.

home |
When logging into symplr Payer, the default display is the home page. Information on the home page is presented in sections that offer you the ability to complete required tasks quickly and prioritize your assigned workload. |
providers | The providers menu provides access to pages where you can record and track applicable data via panels accessible within each page. Certain pages also include documentation generation and verification panels to facilitate primary source verifications and credentialing activities. |
process |
The process menu provides access to pages where you can utilize external and internal tools to complete necessary requirements via panels accessible within each page. |
admin |
The admin menu provides access to pages where advanced users have the ability to set up and configure the application, including security, roles, lookups, and master record information such as addresses, templates and institutions, via panels accessible within each page. |
about |
The about page contains contact information and links to our support team, the symplr website, our symplr Payer user help and targeted verification status. Also displayed on the about page is the version number and build date of the symplr Payer application. |

The Resource provides access to a list of resources, including websites, PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and text files that have been defined by the symplr Payer administrator. |

You may access User Settings by selecting the gear in the Navigation bar. From the user settings dialog box, you have the ability to set up active filters and determine page size, if desired. |

You may access the online Help by selecting the question mark icon in the Navigation bar. This will bring you to the online Help file for symplr Payer. |

You can manage your account by selecting the icon with your initial. (In this example, it is M.) From the manage account page, you have the ability to change your password, if desired. You can also choose to Sign Out from this icon. |
