Common icons

The Common icons section appears in the top-right of many panels within the symplr Payer application. When an icon within this section is clicked, a separate pop-up window opens for you to enter or view the desired information.

Icon Name

Description

Alerts icon Alerts

The Alerts icon allows you to set follow-ups related to the record for yourself or others.

The icon turns red when there are alerts to drive users to complete tasks.

Attachments

The Attachments icon allows you to upload images and other documents pertaining to the record.

The icon turns blue when there area attachments to view.

Extended Notes

The Extended Notes icon allows you to add unlimited notes to the record.

The icon turns blue when there are notes to view.

User Defined Fields icon User Defined Fields

The User Defined Fields icon provides access to user defined fields for the record.

The icon turns blue when there are user defined fields to view.

Audit History icon Audit History

The Audit History icon provides access to the audit history of all changes made to the current record.

The icon turns blue when there is audit history to view.

Information icon Information

Hover over the Information icon to see the number of items (Alerts, Images, Notes/Extended Notes, User Defined and Entities) linked to the record.

The icon turns blue when there is information to view.
