View audit information for all records
In addition to View audit information for a single record via the record itself, the Audit page allows for searches of all symplr Payer audit information and is designed to facilitate more general reviews of audit data.
To view audit information for all records, complete the following steps.
The ability to view audit information is determined by the symplr Payer administrator.
- Go to process > information > audit.
- In the Search area, enter a Table Name or select from the Changed By menu.
- Optional. In the Operation menu, select "Insert," "Update" or "Delete."
- In the Date From, select the desired date.Tip
Entering a date in the Date From field prior to searching audit data is strongly recommended in order to prevent the application from timing out.
- Optional. To view audit information for a specific record, in the Filter field, enter the Provider ID (system-generated by symplr Payer).
- Click Search.
- In the Search results grid, select a grid line to view details of the associated audit transaction. Fields that have been changed will appear at the top of the Audit Details grid with the Changed check box marked. The audit history shows current and previous values for reference.
The audit history utilizes primarily system IDs so some additional research may by necessary to identify specific reference values, if required.
