View audit information for a single record

Audit information added to a record may be viewed within the symplr Payer application.

To view audit information for a single record, complete the following steps.

Prerequisite

The ability to view audit information is determined by the symplr Payer administrator.

  1. Open the record containing the audit information you want to view.
  2. In the Common icons section, click Audit History. The Audit History panel opens displaying a grid containing all of the audit information for the selected record.
  3. In the Search results grid, select a grid line to view details of the associated audit transaction. Fields that have been changed will appear at the top of the Audit Details grid with the Changed check box marked. The audit history shows current and previous values for reference.
  4. Click Close to exit the Audit History panel.
