Archive a record

The record information section is found on the bottom of each page containing a practitioner, group, plan, contract, facility or entity record. From the record information section, you can archive an individual record via an Archived check box.

To archive a record, complete the following steps.

  1. Open the desired record.
  2. In the record information section, select the Archived check box to archive the record.
  3. On the Action/Status bar, click Save.
Note

The record header changes to yellow to indicate its "archived" status.
