Admin: Schedule a committee meeting

The Schedules section of the Committee panel contains information about each scheduled committee meeting. This information can be used when sending out meeting notices and reminders and is necessary for tracking attendance. 

To schedule a meeting, complete the following steps.

Prerequisite

You must have administrator access to schedule a committee meeting.

  1. Go to admin > data masters > committees.

  2. In the Search area fields provided, enter the Committee Name, Type, and/or set the status to Active, All or Archived, then click Search.

  3. In the Search results grid, click the grid line of the committee to which you want to schedule a committee meeting.
  4. Click the Schedules section link, then click Add Icon
  5. In the fields provided, complete the following substeps.
    1. In the Schedule Date field, enter the date of the committee meeting.
    2. In the Schedule Type menu, select the type of committee meeting, for example, "Monthly."
    3. In the Duration field, enter the committee meeting length (in hours), for example, "1."
    4. In the Location field, enter the location where the committee meeting will be held.
    5. In the Coordinator field, enter the coordinator's name.
    6. In the Phone Number field, enter the coordinator's phone number.
    7. In the Notes field, enter any additional information about the committee meeting date, if applicable.
  6. On the Action/Status bar, click Save.
  7. Optional. To schedule additional committee meetings, in the Schedules section click Add Icon, then repeat the previous steps.
  8. Optional. To remove the scheduled committee meeting, in the Schedules section, select the grid line of the committee meeting you want to remove and click Remove icon
  9. On the Action/Status bar, click Save.

The current number of committee meetings is displayed in parentheses to the right of the Schedules section header.
